Kagiso Decorations & Projects was appointed to deliver a premium commercial flooring solution for the Maharishi Invisible Institution’s multipurpose venue in Marshalltown, Johannesburg. The objective was to install a durable, modern flooring system capable of handling high foot traffic while enhancing the appearance and functionality of the space.
Working closely with the client, our team completed the project from floor preparation through to the installation of Belgotex Peninsula Luxury Vinyl Tiles, ensuring every stage met the highest quality standards.
The existing floor required careful preparation before installation could begin. The venue demanded a flooring solution that combined durability, low maintenance, and a modern aesthetic suitable for a multipurpose environment.
Our team conducted comprehensive floor preparation before installing Belgotex Peninsula Luxury Vinyl Tiles. Every installation was completed with precision to ensure a seamless finish, long-lasting performance, and minimal disruption to the client.
