Project Overview

As part of a community project completed for the University of Johannesburg’s Devland Campus, Kagiso Decorations & Projects delivered a complete vinyl flooring solution from moisture testing and floor preparation through to the installation of Astral Non-Directional Vinyl Sheeting.

The Challenge

Before any flooring installation could begin, the existing concrete slab required moisture testing to ensure it met the manufacturer’s installation specifications. Proper preparation was essential to guarantee the long-term performance of the flooring system.

Our Solution

Our team conducted professional moisture testing before completing floor preparation and installing Astral Non-Directional Vinyl Sheeting. Every step followed industry best practices to ensure a durable, high-quality finish.
